International Hypophosphataemia Network (IHN)

The IHN aims to advance understanding of the science of phosphate homeostasis. This website provides information and resources tailored for healthcare professionals with an interest in diseases related to phosphate metabolism.

The International Hypophosphatemia Network (IHN) is steered by an international faculty of 11 experts from both paediatric and adult medicine in the fields of endocrinology, nephrology, osteology, phosphate metabolism and rare metabolic bone disease, around the globe.

The IHN programme is organised and funded by Kyowa Kirin and is a reliable and credible source of information to assist healthcare professionals in identifying disorders related to phosphate dysregulation, thus enabling optimal management of patients.

Click on the video below and listen to Dr. Adalbert Raimann (Medical University of Vienna) introducing the programme.
